grammy's new playroom!

I was whining to Tim about not having a great place for my littles to set up shop and play.

He willingly(well almost) sacrificed a good section of the garage for a playroom. So now it is perfect. Right off the kitchen is my laundry room and now...GRAMMY'S playroom.

(Chris was able to make a dutch door for me!)

It is a happy blue color with white wainscoat.

We reused cabinets from the garage to store games and puzzles.

For Christmas Chris and Laura gave us this beautiful bookcase.

(Chris is handy with the tools!)

Tim bought me this cute little kitchen. So far the most used part of the room.

Gotta love IKEA.

Balls are a must.

When the littles are out of the room,

we often find Nick and John

playing dodge ball or knee hockey.

Tim also bought a fabulous craft table.

It serves a dual purpose...fun to play

but also blocks the door to the pool .

With grandbaby Harrison expected any day

and Grandbaby # 7 coming at Christmas time,

we are ready to PLAY!
